We are currently seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator to join the Products team within a large QLD Govt Department. This is a contract role for six months with the strong chance of ongoing extensions. The focus of this role will be migration of Sharepoint 2013 sites to Sharepoint Online.
Services Required:
- Manage / monitor and perform problem rectification with SharePoint 2013 and 2016 farms
- Assist with identification and clarifying solution requirements
- Migration of SharePoint 2013 sites (with client customisation) to SharePoint Online
- Translate conceptual, logical and physical solutions into work package
- Develop estimates on required effort for work package deliverables
- Undertake SharePoint site configuration and customisation in line with work package deliverables
- Communicate with project stakeholders
Skills required:
- Practical knowledge and experience supporting SharePoint 2013/Online functionality and supporting large bespoke customisations
- PowerShell, JavaScript, CSS and HTML
- Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services report creation
- Ability to perform data transformation activities from legacy solutions into SharePoint solutions
- Generation of system and support documentation in accordance with the quality management
- Development solution using Agile methodology
- Working in a team environment
- Knowledge and experience working in a quality assured environment
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet project deadlines
- Comfortable dealing with people at all levels of the business
